We sampled every brand of chocolate on the market, Guittard and Valrhona were our winners! Both companies source their cocoa sustainably and have an unparalleled commitment to creating the best product.
ARE WE NUT FREE?
No, we use peanuts and tree nuts in many of our products. Products containing nuts are produced at different times from the cookies without nuts to avoid cross contamination. We do not recommend our products for people with nut allergies.
Our gluten free cookies are made in a certified gluten free facility so you can enjoy them safely.
We are making a fresh bakery product with no preservatives that has a recommended shelf life of 10 days for the luxury experience we are seeking. With the innovation in high barrier packaging materials, our cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months and taste fresh baked when thawed. With a 4 hour thaw and serve time you will have an impeccable tasting fresh cookie experience even after long term freezer storage.
